Staying Rules

–By accepting this reservation, You are agreeing to the HOUSE RULES—
All locals must contact us before booking.
– There can’t be anymore guest at the property other than the ones listed on your reservation.
– The property monitor with surveillance cameras located (front drive way, back yard)
-Parties are not permitted
-Never more than 4 cars
-Check-in is anytime after 4pm (early check in fee $75 per hour)
Check out 10am( late check out fee $85 per hour) guest violating this rules will be charge on the card on file.
-This is a Quiet Neighborhood. No loud sounds should be heard past 10:00PM
-If you use the Grill, please make sure the Gas is turned to OFF and THE GRILL IS CLEANED after each use.
-Do not leave any food out.
-Smoking is done outside ONLY.
(Violating this rule will lead to $200 smoking penalty)
– Guest staying must ensure to keep close sun shades if raining or high winds.
-Occupancy limits, there no additional guest allowed besides the ones already listed on the reservation(Violating this rule will lead to immediate removal of everyone at the property without a refund)
-We kindly ask you to take out your garbage to respective bins(black one for regular trash green one for recycling only)
Trash pick up is Tuesday and Friday if you are staying the previous day of this days you are responsible for taking the black bin out to the front by the side walk to be pick up in the morning.
The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises and the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.
