This is single-level home features a unique rooftop terrace, driveway parking for up to 3 cars, and a lush, tropical outdoor space fenced-in for plenty of privacy. LIVING ROOM: Open to kitchen and dining area with comfortable seating for the whole family, includes a sleeper sofa and 60” smart TV KITCHEN: Open to the dining area and living room, fully equipped with plenty of cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, and flatware for your group. Includes a breakfast bar, wine cooler, large refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, 4-burner electric stove, large oven, microwave, dishwasher with detergent provided, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, and basic household spices and cleaning supplies. DINING: Dining area right off the kitchen features a large glass dining table with seating for 8 and breakfast bar with 2 stools. All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay for your health and safety. Parties, events, video/photoshoots, and other gatherings are strictly prohibited. No loud noise or music after 10pm. All guests must be at least 21 years of age and registered on the reservations. No additional unregistered guests will be allowed on the property.
Getting Around
The area is served by Metrobus, the City of Miami Trolley Biscayne-Brickell route, and by the Miami Metrorail. Just few minutes to Citi Bike rental station on 65th St and Biscayne Blvd. We recommend using Uber or Lyft. Most sites and landmarks are within a $5-$10 trip (based on demand.)
