KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor features a Deck and Shower, a propane BBQ, seating area for 6, PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 cars. No street parking or parking on the grass. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (200 Mbps), Smart TVs for all your streaming apps, toiletries and all kitchen essentials.

To all the same day instant booking Government issue ID is required must match the name on the reservation and refundable security deposit will be collected.
No extra people are allow to be in the house after the booking was confirmed.
Host must be notified for extra guest.
No parking on the grass.
No parking on neighbors grass.
All doors and windows must be close at all time when A/C is ON.
NO large party/big events aloud at the house Without the consent of the host.
Guest is 100% responsable for any damages or broken things in the house .
Check out is 10am if staying after check out time a fee of $50 per every hour will be apply . Feel free to contact host . For flexibility.
-All events must be considered with the host
-No more than 2 cars on driveway
-Check-Out is promptly at 10 AM or earlier, unless prior arrangements were made.
-This is a Quiet Neighborhood. No loud music outside after 11:00PM
No smoking in the house,
Extra guests must be confirmed with owner.
No flushing toilet paper in toilet bowls ,
Use trash for it.
Pets are allowed but no more then 20Lb (pet fee may apply)
Additional security deposit may be apply if reservation made in 24 hours before checkin time.

Follow all swimming rules posted at the swimming area.
Swimming pool users must be free of colds and other contagious diseases.
No hairpins, barrettes or glasses at the pool,
No food, drink, or gum anywhere in the pool,
All must shower before using pool.
No spitting or blowing nose in the pool.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
No running, pushing, dunking, or rough play in pool area,
No diving in shallow end.
Do not stand, play, or jump off ladders or railings.
Non-swimmers must stay in the bleachers section of the pool area.
All injuries must be reported to the AirBnb on duty.
Always enter the water forward without flipping.
The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises and the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.
