The Space

Dear guests, we want to inform you that all of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitize up to professional standards and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety KItchen: Fully stocked with all necessary utensil and cookware Bedrooms: fresh blankets, sheets, pillows and towels provided. All Rooms have their own big spacious closets Bathrooms: Hand, face, and regular towels provided, hand soap, and shampoo. Heated Pool: Only available upon request 48 hours noticed is required and a $350 fee. (only available for 3-night stays)

Guest Access

The second house is available for reservations of groups larger than 10 people.

Interaction

I am always available for assistence before, during and after the stay.

Getting Around

The Design District is served by Metrobus throughout the area, the City of Miami Trolley Biscayne-Brickell route and by the Miami Metrorail. Walking distance to Citi Bike station on 56th St and Biscayne Blvd. 5-10$ Uber or Lift ride cost to Miami Beach (based on demand)

Staying Rules

HOUSE RULES
-The property exteriors are monitor by surveillance cameras ( located at front house, driveway, and backyard)
-Adding heat to the pool is an additional $300 per reservation must confirm the payment before arrival or give the owner notice 25 hours to the warm-up pool.
1-All locals must communicate before booking.
EVENTS, LARGE PARTIES ARE COMPLETELY PROHIBITED
2-NO extra people are allowed to be in the house after the booking was confirmed.
The host must be notified for an extra guest.
(Additional fee per guest applies)
No parking on the grass.
3-Must turn off lights and lock doors at night when leaving the property
4-When checking out all your trash must be taken out to the green trash bins on the right side of the house
5-All doors and windows must be closed at all times when A/C is ON.
6-No smoking allowed inside the house( only outside must astray located at the patio)
7-Guest is 100% responsible for any damages or broken things in the house.
8-FOR RESERVATIONS LESS THEN 10ppl
The guest house will not be included(make sure to read all the way through the description of the house)
10-Check out is 10:00 am if staying after check out time a fee of per every hour will be applied. Feel free to contact the host. For flexibility.
11-No more than 2 car on the driveway
12-This is a Quiet Neighborhood. No loud music outside after 10:00 PM
13-Respect our plumbing
DO NOT FLUSH THE FOLLOWING:

14-Pets are allowed but no more then 20Lb (pet fee may apply)

ADDITIONAL POOL RULES
(Follow all swimming rules posted at the swimming area)
1)No glassware by the pool.
2)Swimming pool users must be free of colds and other contagious diseases.
3)No hairpins, barrettes or glasses at the pool.
4)No food, drink, or gum anywhere in the pool.
5)All must shower before using the pool.
6)No spitting or blowing nose in the pool.
7)All children must be accompanied by an adult.
8)No running, pushing, dunking, or rough play in the pool area.
9)No diving in the shallow end.
10)Do not stand, play, or jump off ladders or railings.
11)Non-swimmers must stay in the bleacher’s section of the pool area.
12)All injuries must be reported to the Airbnb on duty.
13)Always enter the water forward without flipping.
The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises and the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.
